Audrey Elmore Nationwide has been our insurance company for over 20 years. I experienced nothing but top-notch servicing. Even though they are an "Insurance" Company, their Customers interest are always the priority and at the forefront. I dealt mostly with Ms. Meline. During the interactions, I have nothing but praise for her professionalism, product knowledge, going above and beyond to take care of me, her patience; no matter how many questions I asked, she never gets frustrated. kari duffy I have been with Georgia Farm Bureau for 3 years and I never had a problem,not a huge problem anyways. I did call in a few times to get an understanding of why my rates were steadily increasing and all I kept being told was that it was "fees" but never a true breakdown, which was frustrating. I spoke with Michelle this morning and MANNNNNN SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!! She took the time out to research what all was going on ONE BY ONE and was even able to set me up on a package to help lower my monthly rate!!! SHE IS A BLESSING! Not only am I paying a lower rate now but I have more coverage than before! Im so excited! Like I said, shes awesome and she needs a raise :)

Kayla Wood Magdiel has been extremely helpful during this process of shopping around for home and auto insurance. He explained everything and as frequently as needed because we are new to all of this. Got us a great price and assisted with bundling our home and auto policy. The Tillman Family and Others Michael (Cody) is the best agent I’ve dealt with in a long time. I filled out the application on marketplace by myself and the agent I spoke to when picking my plan advised me the policy would be higher than the quote I received from Cody. We left my husband’s work health insurance for insurance through the marketplace and are now saving over $500 a month. Also our deductibles are less as well as our prescriptions. It did take a little bit of time to finalize everything, but it was because of the insurance company had a hard time, but Cody was patient and helped fix the application in a timely manner so that we were never without insurance when we swapped. Highly recommend him over any other agent.
