1 /5 Niekro Maggitt: If I had the ability to provide the business with no stars I would because of the unprofessionalism and business practices that I experience from CSRA Financial Services. I went to the establishment on April 9 2024 to try to get my taxes done, but they were booked for the day and I was instructed by the receptionist to report back on April 18 2024 (Thursday) around 7 a.m. because they got crowded early and they were booked up Wednesday. I did as I was instructed by the receptionist and got there early and was the seventh customer in line. They opened at 10 and he came to me after receiving my contact information to inform me that I will have a 2 hour wait until she is able to get to me. I asked him if I needed to return between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. and he then said no I will call you. Around 12:15 p.m. I go back to CSRA Financial Services, which then I am informed I am number 9 in line because two people were moved ahead of me for no reason. Then I asked him what time will I be seen and he informed me around 4:30 p.m. By this time I’m frustrated and I leave and go home to wait for a phone call. I then called at 4:00 p.m. and now there is a different receptionist, who now informs me that I will have to be seen after hours. Additionally, after asking numerous questions, he assures me that everyone’s name that was on that list will be seen and have their taxes done today. By this time I have given up and the receptionist calls me a little bit after 8 p.m. to tell me I will be seen, he asks me how far I stay and I inform him I am 15 minutes away. That was the last call I received that night and I then called back 15 minutes later and nobody picked up the phone. Basically I was not seen by anyone to get my taxes completed, I took the day off and lost money because of them and their false advertising. I Recommend if you filed an extension or if you need to get your taxes done next year, do not go through CSRA Financial Services.
