It seemed the focus was primarily on conveying the fees for the consultation and divorce services rather than understanding my case. This was particularly disheartening given the positive referrals I received about your firm from trusted colleagues. I initially reached out via your website and, after not receiving a response, followed up with a phone call. Unfortunately, the service I experienced did not align with the high expectations set by your firm’s online presence and the recommendations I had received. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but it is important to maintain a professional and attentive approach with potential clients. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving client interactions in the future.

Everything went smoothly and we were kept in the loop with all pertinent i formation as is came up! We made it official in court this morning and they were just as excited as we were to make the adoption official. We highly recommend them for your family law needs!
