Sellers Kimberly “Kimmy” Me and my fiancé went here and got this set. Well the young guy that’s there is not a people person. He doesn’t smile and acts like he doesn’t want to be there. He couldn’t help us on anything. And we had to take the set back because the stones kept falling out and they fixed it but as u can see on the pictures the stones have fallen out again. And we paid over $400 for this set and my fiancé band. So we won’t go back. And really don’t know what to do because the stones are out again. But the older guy that’s there he was a really big help.

Birch and the rest of the staff were amazing. The environment is comfortable and relaxed. Everyone was very friendly. I was surprised and pleased with the offer I received for everything I brought. The process was smooth and efficient. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back for anything else I plan to sell in the future.
