Ruhamah Calhoun I have been dealing with this company for 10+ years. Becky, the manager is a very professional young lady. All the ladies in the office have been professional, kind and respectful. Because I have been doing business with them for so long, they always ask me how Im doing, how are the kids and my family. They have been apart of my life. They are not just a business, they are like family. Im one that always forgets my due date. They call and give me a friendly reminder. There have been times that I have not been able to pay on time, and they always work with me without judgment. The office is always clean. They will continue to have my business for life.

Michelle Schultz When we bought our business we were told at another local bank it would be an easy transition for the account to change owners. Long story short, the other bank changed requirements 3 times (and each time we had to contact the lawyer who handled our closing... And he was slow). We were desperate because payroll was about to come due and we needed a bank set up for our payroll to come out of! We showed up on a Saturday at Truist and THEY made it happen. Since then, weve had a great experience so far. The worst thing about this bank is it often has long lines.

Charles Garner This organization is unprofessional and misleading. The payments are focused on interest only policies and they do their best to collect interest only while the principle is never paid. The representatives lie and do not follow up on request, intentionally mislead and take serious advantage of elderly and those with bad credit. They report incorrectly to the credit bureau and close out accounts while you are still making monthly payments. I filed with BBB and refuse to let them take advantage of me, no matter what.. STAY AWAY, DO NOT deal with this crooked company ...
