5 /5 Ed Davis: Recently left Wells Fargo and was looking for a bank that would actually talk to be about financial goals and services instead of playing on their phones and acting like I was annoying them with my patronage. The ladies are all very nice and courteous and actually acted like they valued my business. I worked with one young lady, I think her name is Nicole who was super helpful and put me at ease as soon as I talked with her.

Walked in on a Friday after lunch, immediately greeted, served shortly thereafter by Tonya Perdue who took care of us very efficiently and professionally. Good to work with an experienced banking professional in these times where so much is done online or via automated calls. Being a USAA and RFCU member, highly encourage anyone shopping CDs compare Cadence over local credit unions or banks and make the drive to Perry for excellent local customer service.

This new company CADENCE BANK is straight up HORRIBLE, the customer service and the online portal is A MESS. I asked for the headquarters contact information, and the Vice President gets AMNESIA and doesn’t remember the headquarters location or contact information. YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE BANK AND YOU DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE HEADQUARTERS. WHAT A JOKE. DO NOT BANK with this bank!
