They all have great customer service skills and really know how to talk with customers. I will assure you that this is the best place to do business with! Mrs. Ethel is the most down to earth woman that you will ever meet! You can definitely put your trust in them when it comes down to doing business with them!

Caitlyn Bailey Mr. Freeman was super helpful and quick to assist in everything I needed to help me get my policy set up! His personality is great and he’s very conversational! I had several questions and even had issues setting up the policy myself and he helped me after hours to set up everything correctly. Thank you so much Mr. Freeman— I definitely know who to go to when I need help regarding anything insurance wise. This was my first time dealing with big girl tasks and I was overwhelmed at first, but he made it an easy process.

Pam Davis Loved SGC. One of my roommates is still a super best friend. Learned to play bridge & won 2 bridge intramurals. Had some super professors (as well as some not so super) but will always have the fondest memories of that time. Joined the Drama Club which was a special experience. Was also co-editor of Elan ( our yearbook). Our mascot was a tiger and I helped to cover entrance to Richey Hall (a dorm then) with a huge tiger.

Angie Bivins We shopped around looking for some relief in our insurance rates and have been very pleased with Wayne Crook and Country Financial. The rates are HANDS DOWN the best around!! Ms. Debbie is always ready, willing, and able to assist us in a moments notice either via email or by telephone with any crazy questions, policy changes, and/or updates. They are amazing at assisting in a time of crisis too. Our daughter was involved in an auto accident, and all I had to do was pick up the phone and call. Ms. Debbie was ON IT with Wayne assisting in this process as well and in a timely manner. They are very dependable and knowledgeable and also care about their customers.
