Rhonda M I have needed to call Commissioner Smith and other office members several times in the last year. EACH time someone polite, knowledgeable and helpful has answered the phone. No voice activated prompts, no referrals to a website or an annoying app, no call center agents I cant understand.... just real people with real traditional customer service.
I see why my parents and more enjoyed growing up here.
