1 /5 Logan Pulliam: Jim toland is a liar. Will tell you what you whatever sounds good even though its a straight out lie. Would not recommend this man to an enemy. Waited until after my first court date to even speak to the d.a. sent me to court by myself with a paper that the judge literally laughed at, and said "Mr toland should know we dont do this" . Unprofessional, cannot get ahold of him unless you go to his office. Will tell you whatever to get your money. Then tell you something else, then tell you something else. I paid this man to lie to me. Dont do it. Trust the bad reviews.

1 /5 Arnold Ruiz: I used Jim Toland for child legitimation. Needless to say worst mistake I’ve ever made. He let the defendants attorney walk all over me. None of my terms that were agreed on in court were in the final custody agreement but all of the defendants were. Oct 15 2021 agreement was finalized. Called him and his secretary multiple times to get this resolved and got the run around everytime for over 2 months. Fast forward 1 month Jim toland moves in with Rick Brown who was my defendants lawyer. Hm sounds unethical right? Now Rick brown is also trying to represent my soon to be ex-wife while in business with my personal attorney Jim Toland. Should be an ethics violation. Will be contacting the BAR to investigate both of these attorneys. Update review since it was deleted, a judge had Mr.Ricky Brown removed from my case :). Will continue to leave reviews until not deleted shady attorneys.
