Talisanicole Fisher I am leaving this review because Mandy Moyer of Georgia Probate Lawyers is the best probate lawyer in Georgia, hands down. She is patient and truly listens, making you feel heard and seen. It was a very difficult time for me, and she basically held my hand through the entire process. We went to court, and I saw her in action—confident, prepared, and professional. She fought for me with integrity and compassion. If you’re going through probate and need someone who genuinely cares and knows exactly what they’re doing, Mandy is the one you want by your side. I can’t recommend her enough.

Mathew Lang Matthew Tucker took my speeding case when the county wanted to send me to jail. He really impressed me with how deeply he investigated the situation pulling technical data, case history for the county and even the qualifications/history of the law enforcement departments. Everyone I knew in the world of law and government told me that I had no chance and when someone else I knew who also got a ticket that night was already sentenced to jail time (they had another lawyer) I got really scared. Matthew Tucker kept me out of jail when everyone elses Lawyers couldnt do the same for their clients. I am not upset with the police officer but I was upset with the district attorney. Matthew Tucker brought fair balance to this situation.

Shannon Murphy I am very pleased with the care and concern Scott has/had for my case. He has moved it along a quickly as possible. When you have a couple of attorneys and court schedules to attend with it is hard to make things happen fast. However, Scott has got things done in a timely manner. His paralegal, Heather has been awesome through this difficult time. She has made sure I had everything I needed to be prepared and a great listener when I needed to vent. She has been my logical thinker when I was thinking emotionally. I am very pleased with Scott and his office.

Taylor Blevins I have used Mills several times, superior court and family court both in Catoosa. I’m not understanding why there are any bad reviews as this is the total opposite of ANY of my experiences. Mills has never done anything wrong by me and was always quick to call me back in a timely manner anytime I called with questions. I have recommended him SEVERAL times. You cannot expect a busy attorney to call you back in 20mins with an answer to a question, you’re not his only client. I’m flustered by some of the reviews I have read on here because I know that is far from true. This man has helped me/saved me in a few different scenarios. Keep up the good work. I’ll continue to recommend you!!
