5 /5 robin mace: I went to Bradley and Elle with a vision of exactly what I wanted. After showing me several settings from various designers, none of them were ‘it’. Bradley agreed to make me the ring himself. Not only is it beautiful, but he did two fittings for me with wax molds to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier and have already sent friends here for their engagement ring. Highly recommend.

I wore my Tiffany bracelet and Pandora ring in the water while on vacation, and they developed a bluish tint, something I had never experienced before. I brought both pieces here, and they cleaned them beautifully. Within a week, I picked them up and they looked as good as new. I highly recommend this place for quality care and expert service.

5 /5 Hannah Patellis: Absolutely incredible jeweler and incredible team! Ive been coming here since around 2018 for everything from repairs and resizing to a fully custom ring. Recently my fiancé and I went through the process of having a custom engagement ring made. Shane and Elle were WONDERFUL throughout the process. Everything was well explained, very transparent, and so inclusive of everything we wanted (and respectful of what we didnt want)! The price was also very reasonable and the ring turned out phenomenally. Its a dream to have such a beautiful piece of jewelry. Brad and the team here are so amazing and Id highly recommend BTH to everyone and anyone, regardless of project or size!

She worked with us every step of the way, was super professional and friendly, and created AMAZING ring in record time. To top it all off, the prices are great! They can do just about anything here, and theyll do it all promptly and with a smile. We even got a handmade gift and a handwritten note when it was complete. 5 /5 kristin keefer: *Update* Thank you to Brad and team for re-sizing my rings. These are expensive rings and I wanted to take them to a shop I could trust vs a chain company. After speaking with a few other jewelers I do know now that this was a fair price set by the shop based on the complexity of the designs and gemstones. Thanks again and I am a happy customer!
