Had a gentleman buying my motorcycle and wanted to pay off the loan and needed some documents. We were finishing up things past their closing time. My only complaint was a teller who was not involved say some rude comments that neither myself or the person giving the bank several thousand of dollars much appreciated. Shakendra Graham If I could give this company a 0 out of a billion I would! Unfortunately, I have to use this company through my employer and several employees have the same complaint! You can never speak with the person handling your claim and they will refuse to pay the benefits owed to you through your employer. I have submitted a BBB complaint as a last resort before filing a lawsuit for withholding the paid health benefits.
