1 /5 cierra deforest: horrible customer service here, my sister was getting a loan and they were talking about how her husband had already had one here and the lady asked who her husband was and when she said his name the lady says, “oh yeah. yeah i didn’t like him”, and walks out the room. very very rude, that’s not good customer service at all!
