ANJERICA ABERCROMBIE I’m so glad to be back with Allstate for all my insurance needs. The Jon Cone agency has became family to me. Recently had the pleasure of meeting Chris as I’ve met majority of the staff since becoming a member back in 2013. All agents are courteous and down to earth. I love it !!! I love the fact that I don’t feel like a customer no matter who I speak with .. It always feel like family its natural and genuine .

Zeferino Chavez Alfa has always been good to me. However, customer service is poor. They are not really in your interest when it comes to helping you save or find ways to save. I understand business is business but you keep clients by customer satisfaction!
