(the cheapest is NOT the best) Upon receiving other quotes and reading the coverage, Larry is the only agent that took the time to make sure that our NEEDS were met and not just offering the best price to earn my business. 1 /5 Lindsey R: This place is horrible, we originally went with these guys for renters insurance until the apartment we were going to get didnt come through .we completely forgot that we paid these guys and I tried to cancel when I got a bill 4 months later, well I call them and let them know that weve been billed for 4 months and were not even living at that apartment complex, we never moved in,my husband an over-the-road driver and I just decided to go to work with him live in the truck save some money, until the apartment that we wanted came available. The insurance agent Janet has made it so hard such a hassle ! Instead of just canceling she said I should either go back to Georgia and get proof that I dont live at the apartment complex or I should get a fax from the apartment complex and fax it to them stating that I do not live there. So i sent her a fax but yet I just got a 5th bill its just beyond ridiculous Im definitely contacting their corporate office and the Attorney General today.
