Vickie Walker Ive gotten 2 separate loans from the Jesup location. All the ladies there are super nice. This last time I had the pleasure and being helped by Becky. She took care of my needs over the phone promptly and had me in and out of the office quick. She was very friendly!

Maxim Petkov Mark (financial advisor) goes above and beyond with helping his clients. As someone who is very aware of the markets and financials, I can sleep well at night knowing that my Roth/401k is in safe hands. Mark breaks everything down and really teaches you how investing/opening an account works, along with being very transparent about your account. He truly wants his clients to succeed and be financially free for retirement.

A D So far my experience here has been good. The employees have been helpful and very nice, easy to work with. I have had 0 issues when I have gone inside the bank and received help. Lastly, I have not had to wait very long either when waiting for a teller to assist me. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the ATM was not working properly and would freeze up. This is not the first time Ive had an issue with an atm at one of their locations. I told the teller inside it was not working and she seemed like she didnt care as my concern was ignored I hope they fix it soon as this location is the closest branch to me.
