Danny Stephens Came in to the Shugart road bank in Dalton with my grandmother to make a savings deposit and to look into possible loan options to refinance her home. We spoke with the manager named Chelsea at the location and she was very helpful and extremely pleasant to interact with. She gave us all the information we were looking for and offered to further help us with all of our banking needs. My grandmother decided to not refinance at this time due to her age but we will be moving the rest of her retirement and checking accounts at Tennessee Vally credit union over to Builtwell soon. One of the two ladies at the counter was very polite and helpful as well, I believe her name was Holy

Marti Riley Bush The one ATM you can access after the bank closes never works! Theyre only open until 4PM Monday through Thursday. The only day they are open passed 5PM when most people get off work is Friday and then it is only until 6. So good luck getting your bank business done. To top it all off they are closed on Saturdays, and the only other ATM is inside the bank!! Rather its a local decision on how this bank runs or a corporate decision they really need to get it together.

April Hood Really like working with Beth Baldwin at Edward Jones. She is very professional and is good at what she does. Beth has many years experience and it shows. I would recommend taking any investments to her. Need to switch your company 401K over because your losing money, Beth can help you. All the staff is friendly and nice.

Felicia Fletch I came in on 08/19 to open a bank account. Kenneisha jones is who helped assist me. I had my sleepy toddler with me and she was absolutely amazing. She was understanding of his energetic self and really helped to make the atmosphere fun for my little one. Couldn’t have picked someone better to help us.

We were so thrilled with how quick she responded and how knowledgeable she was. She is reasonably priced and really knows the most updated laws and tax regulations. Her and her staff have also helped to address the issues we’ve had to clean up from our previous accountant. We were very satisfied with her service and will be a client for years to come for all our tax business.

Laura Richardson Matt Chao is the best, he walked me and my partner through the process of buying a house and helped us figure out what we could afford, not just what we would qualify for. He answered all our questions (and found answers for the questions that fell outside his role as our mortgage broker) and was all-around encouraging.
