Joan Johnson Today I had the pleasure of arranging our coverage in Georgia through Cassandra Pratt who is a representative in Becky Goldsmith’s State Farm office in Columbus,Ga. We have used State Farm for several years for all of our personal insurance needs. We recently sold our family home in NC to move to the greater Augusta area to be near family. It’s been quite a transition for us as we have never lived anywhere but NC. Our agent in NC connected us with this office for our insurance needs . Cassandra called within the hour of the referral and was very professional, friendly and helpful. It was a joy to transact business that wasn’t complicated for once…LOL! And, now before the COB, we are all set ! Very happy and highly recommend Cassandra and this office .

Jessica McDowell Im not sure why they dont have more positive reviews but I have dealt with Jay on several occasions and he has always worked very hard to get me the lowest insurance rates. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for affordable insurance. I have tickets and an accident and my rates have been the lowest. Thanks Jay!!

Jon Kulsic Andy was an absolute legend in the customer service experience game! Not only was it a treat to hear music playing in the background at the office, but it was nice to chat with someone who didn’t leave room for long, awkward silence over the phone, especially while systems took time to load on her end. I received a great quote and didn’t need to worry about shopping around afterwards. I wish all customer service calls were as much of a pleasure as this one was! 10/10

Tami Clegg I can never say enough amazing words about how wonderful Lew Thompson is. He took time to sit down with me and my husband to go over the plans for Medicare and supplements. He broke it down so it was not overwhelming at all. I went in to it not understanding any thing but came out with a clear perspective of how it works. After my coverage started I still had a few questions and he was extremely helpful again. He has made me feel right at home and answered every question. He is easy to get in touch with and always makes time to help me. I can not say enough about Lew. Give Lew a call. You will never regret it.
