They send you these cards guaranteeing you a firm offer of credit, and you "WILL NOT" be turned down, based on your credit rating and credit info, then say they cant do it because there are other requirements they couldnt mention on the card.

1 /5 Shelbie Owens: Scam. I applied at the end of September to three lenders. Within a week I heard back from two of them, AFN through Willie Morgan being the third. I finally get a text after around 10 days to check for an email and I don’t have any emails, finally get one. I respond within the hour and they take another two weeks, when I get a message from Willie saying he tried to call. I have no record of an incoming call from him. He gives me his number and I call him. He asks if we’re buying resale or property, and then says he’ll call back the following day. I’ve received no call. I messaged him and keep getting told “I’m sending the email now”, I’ve even verified my email. I called again and he said he would resend the email. I STILL have no email or info for approval. Not to mention he’s seemingly been kicked out of a first time home buyer group on Facebook recently.
Arden Backus Excellent face to face service with the owner/proprietor. She provides customized investment strategies and financial plans based on your personal situation. She goes out of her way to be available for the customer.
Ashley Walls I cannot say enough good things about Ameris Bank (both of their locations in Waycross). (Friendly, welcoming and positive attitudes) They also remember your name. Ameris does make banking easier. The staff, Sherri, Cathy, Tiffany, Christina, Logan and Tracy (there are a couple of newish employees that I havent learned their names just yet that I want to mention also) are all amazing.
Andrew Wise Joe was incredibly helpful and insightful when creating a plan that fit my family’s budget and long term needs. He’s has been available at all times to answer questions and will open his schedule to meet with us whenever we need. We highly recommend him!
