1 /5 Pat OMalley: Con men. They send you these cards guaranteeing you a firm offer of credit, and you "WILL NOT" be turned down, based on your credit rating and credit info, then say they cant do it because there are other requirements they couldnt mention on the card.

5 /5 Brett Cohen: Easiest closing of all the closings we ever did (three). The closing was done from the comfort of our own porch.

1 /5 Shelbie Owens: Scam. I applied at the end of September to three lenders. Within a week I heard back from two of them, AFN through Willie Morgan being the third. I finally get a text after around 10 days to check for an email and I don’t have any emails, finally get one. I respond within the hour and they take another two weeks, when I get a message from Willie saying he tried to call. I have no record of an incoming call from him. He gives me his number and I call him. He asks if we’re buying resale or property, and then says he’ll call back the following day. I’ve received no call. I messaged him and keep getting told “I’m sending the email now”, I’ve even verified my email. I called again and he said he would resend the email. I STILL have no email or info for approval. Not to mention he’s seemingly been kicked out of a first time home buyer group on Facebook recently.
