1 /5 Patrick Sherrell: I called, and asked for a copy of my 1099, because my mail is unreliable, which I explained on the phone. My mail regularly ends up going to my neighbors, and I need my tax forms. They said I could come by and pick up a copy, so, I went. Upon arrival, the lady said they had already been mailed, but on the phone, they told me I could come get a copy.
After begrudgingly giving me a copy, they asked me to pay my bosses fees, who had been in there only an hour or so before, and they didnt ask him, who ACTUALLY owed them. Then, I offered to pay to be polite, and recieved snarkyness in response. Not what I consider professional behavior
