1 /5 Chelli Brown: I spoke to a Debbie Miller when I had called in to Kenneth Pints office. I was calling, asking about why someone had processed a payment on our cancelled Allstate account. She was being extremely rude & aggressive as she was talking to me about how "policies should work" all before hanging up on me. I have worked with Allstate for a couple of years & NEVER have I EVER been so offended. I cannot believe that you would staff someone like so. With me being a coordinator at a dental office, Im sure I do not understand your inter-workings but I understand what customer service should be. Please deal with this employee accordingly. She obviously needs to be trained adequately on how to handle situations.
