5 /5 Blair Register: Jena was so helpful while my husband and I were inquiring about life insurance. We have two little ones and wanted to make sure that not only we were taken care of, but them too if the worse ever did happen. She was genuine, kind, and gave us honest answers and numbers. She truly cares about ever person she comes in contact with and wants to give them the best, most affordable deal out there (which she did for us!). I HIGHLY recommend getting a quote from her!!

2 /5 Wendy Kinard: The staff is really amazing.. But... after hitting a deer and then being hit by another driver within six months, they just up and canceled my policy! Neither accident was I at fault.. I have a clean driving record; so, I find that them canceling me was totally uncalled for! Such a shame because the policies they offer are really good and affordable!

Recently, I had an accident and spoke with Jena directly and just by talking with her for less than 10 minutes it took so much stress off of me. She made sure to get everything set up and get things repaired in a very timely manner. Thank you so much Jena and staff ❤

The focus on customer service, extremely efficient process, and detailed communication experienced by my customer and I during this process are unmatched by ANY other insurance company that Ive ever dealt with. 1 /5 Dianne Jennings: I am not getting the results that I asked for. Changes to my policy that should have been done three years ago, have still not been done. I feel I am getting the runaround. The last time I called, Holli put me on hold. My call was disconnected; however Holli did not even bother to call me back. I left a message with the Milledgeville office who was taking their calls, but still no call back from Jenna or Holli!
