5 /5 Marilyn Foody: We had worked with two different factoring companies before being introduced to Allied Financial. Without a doubt, factoring your receivables is an excellent way to increase cash flow, however, having to provide monthly data back to the factoring company utilizing their KLUDGE reporting system can drive you to madness. With one factoring company, we could NEVER reconcile to what their numbers said and it was a 30 minute dissertation from them on how to reconcile numbers. In fact we got a number of answers as to why the numbers would not reconcile and each and everyone of them was different. Absolutely MIND NUMBING!! We worked with Allied Financial for a few years and they were a great partner. They were quick to respond to our needs and it felt like they were a true partner in providing the necessary working capital assistance for our growing company. Their assistance helped put us in a position to successfully build and transition back over to a traditional bank. The line of credit and reporting requirements were extremely easy to use and flexible. From top to bottom, everyone at Allied was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend them to other entrepreneurs.

2 /5 Srikanth Yadlapati: I took almost two years to write this review. Want to make sure I review this company more rationally. Small business owners!!! Make sure you are very careful before signing those closing documents. A .75% every 15 days would turn into an average of 30% APR. On a rotating factoring loan of $200000 you will end up paying around $70000 in finance costs. They think they are helping you to grow. I think I was very fortunate to survive their onslaught. Then they will teach you how to run your business. Interfere beyond your control, dictate terms of how you business needs to be run. They will call you, subtly blackmail you freeze your operational cashflow and make your life miserable. It takes considerable amount of time to manage this relationship (for me it costed more than 50% of my time and 90% of peace of mind). Right now I work with another factoring company. Very professional, non interfering, peaceful and what more.... it costs 18% per anum. It costs me around $40000 to carry the loan for the same term of 14 months. A valuable $30000 saving with absolute peace. If you wish to work these guys, carefully read your documents and lay your terms clearly. Make sure they dont interfere in your business and act like your bosses. Otherwise you will be working for these guys rather than running your own business. On the day of closing my loan they would charge me an additional $1500 without any communication. Be careful and watchful....Good Luck. I am giving these guys 2 Stars considering that small element of their claim they helped my business. To a small extent that is true, GOSH...it came at enormous personal and financial cost.
