We decided to leave after a number of incidents of no return calls, no interest in what we needed for the past couple of years. Like a good neighbor was far from what we received. Since the day one, he and his team were always friendly, respectful and working on finding what works best for our family, not only trying to sell more policies. If we had any issues or concerns, we would just contact his office and would receive immediate attention either by the lady who works with him or, if requested he, personally would return our call within 24 hours. Hard to find a "good old school" manners and respect and Mr. Mike has earned our trust years ago.
