We maintained regular contact, and his kindness even made me consider him a friend. However, during a critical health situation last year, when facing the risk of surgery, I reached out to inform Alex and ensure my sons protection in case of my demise. Unfortunately, the support I once valued vanished. No calls were returned, causing distress during one of the most challenging periods of my life. Despite surviving, I question the reliability of the policy and the supposed friendship. I share this to shed light on the disappointing behavior I experienced and hope for acknowledgment or apology someday.
