Daniel was a blessing - very responsive, super friendly, took the initiative to explain the closing process to us (this was extremely helpful since this was a brand new experience for my fiancé and I - we never felt left in the dark at any point during our home buying process). Our closing felt like it was just as much of a priority to him as it was to us. 1 /5 John Gavel: Went there a year ago, met with an attorney, did sales agreement, sent copy of survey and agreement to bank. Go back with banks paperwork and they have no record of anything. Offered a consult for 300.00. I told them I would find a real lawyer.
