She was able to get me the same coverage for $140 less than I currently pay with a major insurance company. That is a major deal to a single mom on a single paycheck income. She is the best and is always courteous and dependable! Thank you, Shelby!!

1 /5 Alanda West: I asked Andy to see if I can get a lower policy which he got me one, which I appreciated it. He NEVER TOLD ME that he canceled the one I had and started another one. Therefore I was left with an extra bill for 176.81 Which I should’ve never had. Andy did not explain to me about the extra bill. Now it’s in collections. I’m very pissed. At least Andy could’ve given me heads up! He said he’s sorry but nothing can be done. Yes it can, remove it or pay 1/2
