Sojourner Johnson In and out. Not packed like an original Pandora storefront. The charm selections are years old and very basic, but still hold the same price as new. Couldnt get a refund after purchasing the same one I bought my mother 2 yrs ago. I was able to exchange it though. The workers nice both times I came in.

Austin Yeates Absolutely a must for any jewelry lover! My girlfriend is an avid ring collector and we have been to Casandra’s twice a year apart. Amanda was there both times and was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting her to find the perfect rings. They are very real people working there which I love and greatly respect and also appreciate. They call it how they see it which is rare to find anymore. Both times my girlfriend and I spent almost an hour looking around. Their jewelry is extremely high quality and the rings she purchased last year are still in perfect condition with constant wearing. Not one sign of tarnishing. The ring she purchased this time was solid 10k gold and the price was very good! As for me the boyfriend, I found a beautiful hand made glass hermit crab that I got last time, which still stays on my shelf to this day! If you are in Savannah, stop in and see all the amazing jewelry and things they have. As always be respectful when you go to any store and they will respect you back! We will be 1000% be going back when we pass by and would go out of our way to check out what they have new in stock!

Debbie Moore Art jewelry store surpassed our expectations. I worked with Brooke . She was so helpful planning a new bracelet for me reusing some diamonds from a pendant. The bracelet came out so unique and beautiful. We added pearls on each side of each diamond . It has a very classy and feminine look. I picked out a sturdy gold bracelet that they installed my diamonds & new pearls on. They also gave me credit for my gold toward this new design . I will definitely use all of these very wonderful honest people again . Can’t say enough about quality and customer service

Joe Lewis Sunday I visited the store and Got disrespected cause I said I paid $600 for a necklace that I had on.He tell me I can’t try on a watch I have to buy it first.Not to mention I just was trying on necklace before he even came up but if you don’t want to be judged or disrespected don’t go to this place .He call you out you name even after I was trying be cordial but he don’t want you to look cause it’s fake he just want you to buy .0 STARS

Cameron A Anna and Cynthia were truly incredible to work with! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were not only super knowledgeable about all the jewelry, but they also took the time to answer every question I had with patience and clarity. What really stood out was how friendly and genuine they both were, it felt more like chatting with old friends than just shopping. Their energy, professionalism, and personal touch made the entire experience unforgettable. I couldn’t have asked for better service. 20/10 would recommend this location to anyone looking for top-notch service and an enjoyable experience!

Kathleen Stento I wanted to update and change my review from 1 star to 5. The issue below was taken care of promptly and professionally and honored by JCPenney in Hiram! Was just at your Hiram, GA location and left without purchasing. I was shopping for casual shoes when I saw a sign for Clarks 40% off and a sign next to it which stated scan the QR code and take an additional 25%off . I scanned the QR code and also had a picture of the signs. At the register, the associate said the coupon didnt work. I showed her the picture of the sign and she tried again. The Manager ( or supervisor) was nearby and the associate asked why the coupon didnt work. The Manager said the 25%off coupon doesnt apply to Clarks. I asked why they have the 25%off sign WITH the Clarks sale sign. She replied "its just for advertising". I told her that was deception to the customer. She walked away without another comment. The cashier told me if I had a JC PENNEY credit card, I could take an additional 30%off. I asked how that would work since after reading the fine print on the 30% coupon also states Clarks are not included? It doesnt make sense and is deceiving the customer!! BEWARE of this stores " advertising".

Sean McWilliams I have been coming to Sabri Guven for over a decade. It is the only jewelry store I will ever go to. Their store is not just any jewelry store…it is more like going to see my extended family. Every person is so caring, their jewelry is beautiful, and any repairs are done perfectly and in very timely matter. If I could give them more that 5 stars I would. Jake Andrews My fiancée and I have loved working with Laura. She helped us design an amazing engagement ring and then worked with us for wedding bands. While we just picked up the wedding bands, weve had the engagement ring for 10 months and have been very pleased with it. Laura was extremely helpful in working with us as we designed, with lots of specific preferences, a beautiful engagement ring. We had family diamonds set in the band, engraving on the sides, and a particular setting all within our budget. She is fun, knowledgeable, and seems to care deeply about the work she is doing. Making sure we were happy with the design, and that we would still be happy years from now, was a big priority for her. Thank you Laura!
