She was extremely polite and soft spoken and was able to lower my rate significantly. Not even a match compared to other companies I had gotten quotes from. Not to mention I was able to do this all from home which is a game changer for me! Thank you Acceptance and thank you Mrs. Brenda!!

Her communication exceeds expectations, has top-tier patience, and resorts all options to get the best for your needs. Once I was having trouble with rude customer service and she took it upon herself to communicate with them directly to find a solution to the problem, which she did. That in itself speaks volumes. I love her and my family and I are grateful for what she has done. I will ALWAYS call on her.
