Jeremy Templer Hey not a member of this bank but for sure if I lived in this area would bank here for sure in a heart beat after I saw the crime time tv clip these bank employees no doubt are rock star employees in protecting bank customers in catching the fraudsters my favorite clip ever is this branch with the winder police department arresting the wanna be woman that claimed she worked for Charles Cushing her check in this bank I play it again and again and again just laughing and also the satisfaction of knowing they’re are still instititions that’s actually care about there customers unlike a lot of upstate ny banks being a victim of fraud myself and never helped so not only are these employees stars but is also comical to me the blue eyeliner the woman wore attempting to cash the check funniest episode ever crime time tv and seeing the bank staff how well they handled it shows real dedication and also lol I guess we all need to work for Charles and find cleaning jobs for 4 grand month so hallarious especially what people will try. Guess people in the south are lucky to have a great bank as south state and only reason I found this bank was that clip it’s my favorite episode and just how hallarious the woman is trying to scam. It’s pure comedy and the cops voice was even humor how these cops have to deal with crazy people I couldn’t imagine driving a police cruiser hearing her voice an entire however long it takes to get to the police station. Y’all are rock stars.. again must be nice to work for Charles lol Lol lmao

Charles Cunard Matt and his staff are fantastic. We have been clients for quite a few "tax seasons" and he is always thorough and efficient. He has definitely helped us through some rough times and we trust him explicitly. After having given our information to Matt just a couple of weeks before, we signed our tax returns Friday, 4-5, and received notice our Federal refund was deposited in our bank account Wednesday, 4-10!!!

Kelly K. Robinson I left my previous bank because of the decline in customer service. I opened an account today with customer service representative Chelsea K. Reaves at the Milledgeville branch and I have to say that it was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. She was very professional, attentive, and personable. She not only made sure that she covered everything but that I also understood everything. She was so pleasant. More often than not when trying to handle things these days, people act like youre an annoyance instead of a customer that they pays their salary, but Chelsea was welcoming and made me feel like she was happy to help me with all of my needs. Citizens Bank is very fortunate to have her. Please let her know that she is appreciated. Give Chelsea a promotion and raise. Good customer service is a rarity these days and its a great way to get new and retain current customers. Chelsea is just the person to both simultaneously. Thank you Chelsea!

Summer Wolfe Everyone was so helpful and patient. My situation was very difficult at the time and i normally wouldnt do with something like this. But it was my only option with my given situation. The staff was very helpful they worked with every last one of my speed bumps and were extremely patient and friendly. Charmaine was awesome she didnt make me feel bad for not having it together that day. She really went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed

The driving app that saves us money also is a great way to track his driving and make sure he is being safe. They also made sure we had the correct coverage for what we needed without trying to give us coverage for what we dont.
