1 /5 Denise F: I applied for a loan here about a month ago. I was denied due to a few circumstances such as student loans and not much credit history. A manager called me back a day later to ask me to apply again because there was an issue on their end which caused it to to deny me. I called back today to ask about this and was told to try applying again. I was denied again under the exact same circumstances. I would appreciate it if they don’t call people back to offer them to reapply making one believe they would get approved the second time. I had my credit pulled again by them today all to get told the same exact thing. Not sure they know their job well or what the issue is but don’t play with peoples credit for your gain and don’t call me again with lies. It was Kayla who encouraged me to apply again.
