1st Franklin Financial - Forsyth (GA)

Jesus Christ After the passing of my father we tried to close out his accounts with the Rossville branch. We were given the run around even though we had all the paperwork. Forced to open two more accounts just to close out one. After months and another 8hr trip to go back to the bank we decided to go to a different branch. Brittany at the Ringgold branch took care of us in record time and we were on our way without hassle. A few hrs later at the bank closing time she called us to let us know there was another account that had been missed. She promptly made every effort to accommodate us while we were still in town. She not only deserves a raise. She should be be the bank training agent on how to conduct customer service!!!

Melissa Johnson Angelic Henderson & Karen Rhodes WAS A Blessing. The process was very smooth and professional. They were caring and understanding about the whole situation. They were definitely patient thorough the whole experience. I would definitely recommend FREE AT LAST. And the videos on social media ( Face Book) are incredible. Thank You again for everything.

Kristen Petrel ZERO STARS!! DO NOT invest with this office. I had a small account set up many years ago that I was not actively contributing to and required no maintenance. Mr. Kimpling CLOSED my retirement account without my consent due to "inactivity" with no warning. They were supposedly calling a phone number that was not mine and sent zero mail stating that they were going to do this. I lost half of my money by this account being closed! Unacceptable. And then when I called the office to see if there was a mix up, Diane was very rude to me! Unacceptable. Customer service was less than zero stars. DO NOT do business with Mr. Kimpling!!!
