1st Franklin Financial - McDonough (GA)

Sarah Kemp I called after going in 2 weeks ago. The people here are so horrible my case was closed because I apparently uploaded something wrong but I wasnt given notice of this and they say its not their job to let me know if I have done something wrong. The lady on the phone wouldnt let me finish a sentence without cutting me off and laughed at me when i tried to continue what i was saying so I caught an attitude and hung up only to recieve a call back immediately so I answered and asked if they wanted to laugh at me some more but the supervisor was also rude asf. The point they made to me is theres nothing I can do about my closed case and I have to reapply so now because of something that could have been corrected with a little bit of communication on their part me and my family have to struggle. If someone is looking to move to liberty county but you know you will require benefits I would look elsewhere because of this specifically. I mean its disgusting really if I could leave less than 1 star i would. They need a revamp of the whole staff.

Jim Maloney We use this company to collect from patients who refuse to pay their portion of old medical bills. The staff we have dealt with has always been very professional, they follow through with monthly updates and payments upon collecting. I would highly recommend them to help reduce any A/R issues your office may be experiencing.

Kim Kirk Bad experiences every time I dont know why they are there they do nothing at all. Dfacs got hacked you cant connect to portal to activate card and no one calls you back such b.s

Emely Perez I had a very positive experience at Bank of America Dalton. Customer service was on point, everyone was so eager to help me, and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Dana assisted me, and she did a very well job. I received my document/card I needed to my home not even 24 hours after leaving I was so shocked at how fast it was. I love to give credit where it’s due, and I am extremely satisfied!

jenna miller The Gold Shop was great! I went in to have some links taken off of a watch. She was so sweet and it took less than 10 minutes! Could not recommend them more!!!

Eric Ikeler This is for Valerie and Ashley at first Franklin in Fort Oglethorpe. They are both sweethearts and I love stopping in for short time Im at that location. They will put a smile on anyones face when walking in the door!

Ashley Brooks The staff is very friendly, they have a homely environment, treats you like family and theyre professional.
