5 /5 K A: Overall, Ive had a good experience with Zoecklein! It didnt start out that way, but once Esteban Cordero took over my familys case, everything became fantastic. He was super responsive and informative, always keeping everyone up to date as he had information to update. Hes also incredibly kind and professional, answering questions happily and quickly! He deserves twenty stars for the effort he put in to fix the mess that got handed to him. Things wrapped up super easily and effortlessly with him working on it. I was a bit iffy about Zoecklein before Esteban took over. The person working on my familys case first was effectively the sheer opposite of him. I dont want to be too harsh, but I understand why they were removed from the case and I dont feel guilty saying Im extremely glad Esteban took over in that persons place. Hes why Im rating 5 stars, instead of the 2 or 3 I may have otherwise given if asked for a review.
