1 /5 Mike Miller: First off the students here get sent home for EVERYTHING. A simple clear runny nose. A slight lingering cough. Doesnt matter if they are acting, eating and drinking normally. Dont have your child sent home cause you will have to get a doctors note to return. If you have your kids out to prevent them being sent home they will make you waste your time and gas to bring them back in when better and turn you away to get a doctors note like they are some sort of co-worker. They will say your child has a diarrhea diaper when before school you can change a solid or even a mush poop diaper, get called about needing them to be picked up for diarrhea and change a solid poop later on that same day. Doesnt matter if you get a religious meal preference or a dietary plan from a doctor and bring it in, they will not follow it. The directive site supervisor will ask you to call and express your concerns then tell you that you are a liar and will protect the employees instead of actually dealing with the concerns. The teachers will tell you they monitor their students and allow them to bite, scratch, hit, push and when you pick up your child you will be notified about it while they say they were monitoring it standing right next to the student being aggressive instead of stopping it before it happens. The teachers and staff hardly care what anyone has to say unless they actually know the person outside of the school and even then there is a great chance you will still be disrespected and treated inhumanely in a verbal way. I dont think I am the first or only person who feels mistreated but they really need to do something different on their half days every week or when they ask the parents if they can pick up the kids early so they can cut hours. I would keep searching or look into the Springhill location MAYBE.
