Came in with a picture and a budget and Geri helped me stay within budget and design the ring I wanted for my fiancée. On a whim I decided to see if they could resize my ring. He said sure in about an hour. I was floored. 40 years ago I worked in a jewelry store and all repairs were sent out and took weeks and were costly. I went back and got my ring, read some reviews and hurried right back. It took him longer than he thought because customers kept coming in. He is clearly a trusted jeweler to those that know about him. Not a fancy jewelry store but excellent workmanship and generally nice people. I would 100% recommend this place and will send my repairs from IN to FL going forward.

Carroll’s is a family owned business and has been in business almost 100 years! Prices are very reasonable and their large store is well merchandised but what makes the shopping experience at Carroll’s so special are the people and the customer service they provide. Bill, Luke, Bob, Susie and the rest of the team will take great care of you…I’ve shopped there for 15 years and they always are friendly, helpful, courteous and professional!

Eva Shoop My daughter was gifted the beautiful seahorse petite choker which quickly became her favorite piece of jewelry. She was devastated when she accidentally broke the necklace, but after we collected the pendant and as many beads as possible, Dina generously offered to restring the necklace for us, replacing the missing beads. Each piece of Be the Light jewelry is stunning and such a unique, special gift. Just as importantly, you cant beat the exceptional customer service!

Lisa Armstrong Every associate is top notch. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. My engagement ring and two wedding bands were purchased at this store. And I am definitely going to be a lifelong customer for any future purchases. The only downside, I wish they had an in-store shop for repairs. I have issues with my ring finger knuckle and its been a process trying to get the sizing right. And having to part with my rings for 10-14 days. No fault of the associates! I just think there is definitely a need for repairs to be done locally at the store.
