1 /5 Weasel Full Throttle: This place must not need business. We called several times and stopped in to purchase insurance. The receptionist was not professional at all either in person or on the phone. She was full of excuses and didnt care a bit.

1 /5 Ty Jackson: Been here 15 yrs or better and I can not get a return call ! Receptionist will not patch me thru to a manager ! I do t know what happened to this place but really seems like they dont have it together

1 /5 Brian Hopkins: I originally had Justin Edens as my agent who was wonderful until the previous couple of years when the communication was awful and he flip flopped on things. Apparently, Justin has left so I wound up with a new agent Sue Highsmith. Sue didnt listen to me from the beginning when I explained that I had my mortgage company that Ive had trouble with in the past paying my house insurance through monthly so I pay it all at once. She gave me quotes. I had her raise the deductibles as high as can be. After thinking on which was the best deal overnight I told her. She then came back with well if you have a lender or something else they might not agree with it. She didnt tell me that to begin with and she had no clue I have a lender, even though I told her to begin with. It is also in my file. So she made the excuse that its been hectic since Justin left. Thats not an excuse to listening to the customer and doing her job by checking the file. I know nothing about insurance. Im not calling as she wants me to. I told her put it through and see if its okay and she refuses to do that as well. Ill be finding a new insurance agent and I suggest people steer clear of Sue Highsmith. I dont know if the other agents are any better or not.

1 /5 Edward Michalak: Their error caused our home owners insurance to lapse and wouldnt compensate us for the additional penalties added on. When speaking with the owner he was abrupt and rude. Never again will I use their services and I strongly suggest that you dont either.
