Luset M Jacques has been my tax preparer for the past 3 years and he never disappoints me! So professional, timely, and extremely knowledgeable. One year, I was having some issues and needed to get in contact with the irs and he got me through within minutes! I got my refund back within a week this year!! He is a gem! Alyssa Crane This place is absolutely filthy. I passed on most of the food for fear of food poisoning. The condiment bottles had some black mildew or mold on the outside. The entire place is disgusting, top to bottom, building and floor. Idk how they havent gotten shut down by the health department.

John Rolfe I have had numerous contacts with this companys customer service agents. They are condescending and rude but notably ignorant of SEC and other major compliance laws. They make rollovers nearly impossible or outright lie saying its not allowed. Cities and towns that sign up with Bencor do not have the better interests of their employees as their goal. I urge any municipal employee to seriously question their HR Department about the research they carried out in selecting US Bencor. Chances are they did none and just put the contract out for bid.Thats no way to select a quality financial institution.
