It was about half an hour to basically walk me to some of the things for supplemental insurance. Not only is he extremely patient and kind, he is very straightforward, Gets straight to the point and does not Lollygag. Which are wonderful characteristics of an insurance agent. His way to ensure that I was receiving the best policy at an affordable rate. Tiffany Cruz Update 2 years later : Between Marc and Shelly I have had the best and easiest experience with this company! With how many cars I can flip flop through in a year buying used, fixing up, registering for a couple months and then selling it,... I literally just text them and they will handle it, mostly asap unless busy with other things but still done by the next morning. I would give 10 stars if I could! Marc is an awesome agent to have!!
