Russ Weller Dianne and Ive been customers of R.V. Johnson for 20 years now. Over that time, only two associates have been assigned to answer our questions and make sure we were adequately covered for homeowners, auto, umbrella, golf cart and valuables insurance. Both were knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Weve asked the same questions more than once. Neither have even flinched. And, its comforting to know that Rudy (the R in R.V.) is always available to advise, if needed. His two associates do just fine. Michelle Garulli I was comparing health coverage between what was offered through my employer & whats out there. I spoke with Chris Florer and he was super helpful. He went over what he had to offer and answered all my questions very professionally. Chris was able to help my husband with health care coverage. As for me, it was basically the same cost so I stuck with my employer. I also spoke with Heather Stewart in regards to insurance coverage for my vehicle as well as my husbands. She was able to get me a more affordable plan with the same coverage I am currently paying for. I highly recommend this Insurance company. They are kind, courteous & professional with their customers.

Brittaney Roth Shawn is quick, very responsive, and no nonsense. We went from a huge recommended insurance agent in the area that was all automated and hard to speak with a person. With Shawn, we had direct contact via email, text, and phone call and had a quote within a few hours. Not only did we have a quote, Shawn took the time to explain our quote and what would be best for us. We wanted a quote on our homeowners as well and Shawn had the honesty and integrity to tell us our current home insurance policy was the best for now and to revisit with him at renewal time. Finding Shawn was a blessing and we highly recommend him.
