They worked with me throughout the process, providing me with all the help I needed to navigate this difficult and intensive process, letting me know all the many documents we needed to submit. They answered all of my many questions even when I had to ask the same things over and over. Mr. Jacoby was available to me throughout the process and his staff was always courteous and helpful. I cant imagine trying to get through this process on my own as Nursing Home bills piled up so I am very grateful for their help.
