1 /5 Tapout: The providers are pathetic that work at this medical group, they want do anything to help your medical illness besides brushing you off and having the nurse to check your bp and temperature and then sending you back out the door, and the provider for that visit will still collect off of the patient medical insurance plan all for nothing even though the provider know that she/he didnt do anything to help you or your medical health concerns the reason for the visit, now that is alarming, extremely unprofessional and bad business practices definitely a cause to pause for the medical board to consider investigating this place

1 /5 Sadia Bartel: Dishonest Billing and a Frustrating Experience I am writing this review to warn others about the billing practices at this office. I scheduled an annual physical, a service my insurance covers in full. During my appointment, I went over my blood work with the doctor, which is a standard part of a physical exam. To my surprise, the office fraudulently submitted the claim to my insurance as a "follow-up visit" instead of an annual physical. As a result, I was charged a copay, a fee I should never have had to pay. When I called to question this, their excuse was that since I mentioned going over blood work, they were justified in billing it as a different type of visit. This is not only dishonest but also manipulative, as discussing lab results is a fundamental component of a comprehensive annual physical. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I feel this office deliberately miscoded my visit to collect a copay that was not owed for the past two years! Their lack of transparency and unethical billing practices are unacceptable. I would advise anyone considering this practice to be extremely cautious and double-check how they code your appointments.

1 /5 Kris Weaver: My Dr. was very nice. However, you can not get her scheduler to call back with appointment. In the last 7 days, Ive called and left a phone message in addition to 2 portal requests and nothing. In January, I left 2 phone messages to schedule an appointment. Nothing. I will be finding a new doctor because this is unacceptable.

1 /5 King Koopa: Receptionist was incredibly rude, scheduler is almost impossible to get in touch with let alone get an appointment, and this was with dr Simon. Had me do blood work which turned out concerning results and multiple X-rays And referral to pain management, got into pain management but had my follow up for 2 months after having this stuff done so I’m going to see pain management before the doctor even had a chance to look over my X-rays or discuss lab results which makes zero sense. Tried to get an earlier an appointment and “she’s booked solid an entire month” so even after getting established you’ll be lucky to see dr Simon once every two+ months. There are ZERO good medical facilities in Bradford and it’s a great disappointment. So if you’re trying to get your healh concerns treated good luck getting them treated here. It’ll take a year or two at this rate
