She and Pat are so helpful to answer our questions and provide information of a potential mishap helping us to make a more informed decision. The staff is always polite, will go out of their way to help get an appointment that works within our schedules and are greeted so warmly each time we enter the office even if we dont have an appointment.

Kenneth Gershon I have been a resident for 5 1/2 years. I am kind of hoping that the new management will make the necessary improvements that were ignored by Greystar. Having Tyrone as the assistant manager should be a big plus as he is aware of the needs of the community. I would love to see the tables and chairs put back out as well as the cushions on the lounges. I would hope that the new management would confer with the residents as to ways to enhance the property. Having Tyrone as a liaison to the residents will go along way to improving the Heritage life style. He is a genuine asset to your management team and his expertise should be used.

Susan Emanuel We moved to Mandarin FL from Massachusetts in August of 2018. We are retired and we needed to find new doctors and health insurance for 2019 year. My daughter, who is in the medical field met Dawn in Walmart. They talk and my daughter felt very confident that Dawn could help us. We contacted her and she came to our home and spent hours going over health plans. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She checked to see that our new doctors were in one these plans. The plan was good and she said she would review it again for 2020. Plans changed in 2020 and she got with us and reviewed a new plan, which we switched to. She also said that they do financial planning. We went and saw Jeff, her husband was great to work with and we got a good plan that protected us from major financial hits.
