Being 1st time customers to this company we only read about it on their website, so to have an actual person have ALL THE ANSWERS & help to newbies was in itself AMAZING!!! She was SO HELPFUL! And not only PREFESSIONALLY BUT PERSONALLY as well. I have NOTHING BUT extreme gratitude & appreciation for a company who hires AMAZING PEOPLE TO STAFF THEIR COMPANY & the employees ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB & helping the people who come in . Kenneth Gershon I have been a resident for 5 1/2 years. I am kind of hoping that the new management will make the necessary improvements that were ignored by Greystar. Having Tyrone as the assistant manager should be a big plus as he is aware of the needs of the community. I would love to see the tables and chairs put back out as well as the cushions on the lounges. I would hope that the new management would confer with the residents as to ways to enhance the property. Having Tyrone as a liaison to the residents will go along way to improving the Heritage life style. He is a genuine asset to your management team and his expertise should be used.
