For some reason that I greatly celebrate in this place it is not like that, and I have been a customer for several years, there is no noise, the service is efficient, fast, I have never seen a bitter face or bad treatment with any of the people, the people seem to appreciate their work and are willing to make your experience as a customer truly pleasant. This is something that is not normal in banks and that the company should value greatly since it is what builds customer loyalty and makes them recommend the entity.
