2 /5 E Vill: The speed and general acknowledgment definitely is an area of opportunity. Manager gave me 3 pieces of miss information and did a return wrong based off some bogus policy that he made up I guess. I’ve visited this trulieve 5 times and it was only good the 1st time and the 5th time. I forget the nice woman’s name but she was kind, fast, efficient. The manager is not mean or rude but kinda of a wanna be smart guy tone and you can tell he definitely has the emotional intelligence of a 10 year old because apparently he returned something at 50% because of use and he did it wrong. I went to another trulieve and asked them why he did that and essentially he did it because he didn’t want to follow policy. I don’t believe a manager doesn’t know everything is an even exchange. The other times when he isn’t be weird he’s just hovering. I’ve never had a bad experience with him in the sense of a fight but he has petty hostile energy and gets visibly annoyed by questions. Idk if he’s the proper guy to be a manager maybe just a staff worker or an assistant manager maybe if that if he’s good at managing the side of the business that doesn’t require to be customer facing. He has a beard and always wears a a black shirt and hat because I’ve never seen him in anything else. Just look at your receipts and if you do a promotion and personally if you need to do exchanges I’d stay away and go to any other one.
