1 /5 Rachel Diaz: If I could give a zero here believe me I would. I haven’t had my account for even 1 month. Apparently fraud was committed. You’d think they’d send you a text, and email or call you to let you know. Nope! We go to deposit money and nothing is mentioned about the account being locked for fraud. Now we have to wait over a week for someone to investigate so that we can access the only funds we have. They don’t give a damn if you have things to pay. It’s just the well there’s nothing we can do line. Truist banking? The only thing these people are - are THE TRUIST LIARS!

1 /5 Amber Hull: The only reason that they are rated a "1" is because it wont allow a 0. To start, we have banked with Truist when it was SunTrust - over 15 years. They let people steal money from your account and do not notify you. We had 3 HUGE transaction take place on the same day and were never notified. Out of state transaction (OHIO) and for amounts that are NOT normal for us. We called, the "froze" the account, submitted the claim and waited. Once the money was returned we went to get the money out of the "frozen" account only to find that another transaction had taken place. I reported it, was told that they can not stop it but once it completes, I can start a claim. The account was unfrozen without notification. I have more alerts and calls from my car dealership about a broken sensor than this business. 4 calls, 5 text and 3 emails about something that is broken, but this bank ... not a word! We did get all the money bank. Avoid this place.

2 /5 Paul Wilson: Teller was helpful and courtious..but i was charged $8. To cash a truist check....you will never vet new customers by charging people to cah your checks....

1 /5 Leah Gantt: Took me 25 mins to take money out of my account when the teller is scanning my account and asking me questions about my account I’ve had for years with truist. Very prejudice bank. Wouldn’t recommend doing business inside the branch. Teller also told me I had to only use the branch that opened my account which is incorrect. I’ve never had this experience with a truist bank and do not recommend

1 /5 AL Withall: Over 16 years as a client. I had some problems with account fraud. I did not commit the fraud. I have been trying to acquire a loan. And the bank made several personal references to my wife and myself inappropriate ones. And the bank is totally and completely prejudice about any crypto investment. These are the principles of BB&T which merged with Suntrust.
