Nice places to hang out and relax your mind, and much safer than Duval. Police here are very understanding, but doesnt play. Lots of history and cool things about this. Cove life

1 /5 Autumn Ellie: The city needs to do something about the scumbags utilizing Carl Pugh ball park on S West Street, they park all across the sidewalk which the city just replaced causing several residents who use mobility aides to have to leave the sidewalk and travel twenty or more feet in the road just to get back onto the sidewalk. Most of the time the lots are near empty, it is lazy people who dont live here causing problems for people that live on this road, which I would like to remind you is the only road and sidewalk leaving our neighborhood, there is no where else for us to go to avoid this. If youre one of the people using the park, tell your friends to get their act together, its not that hard to not be complete scumbags.

Great place, great people, but city management and enforcement needs improvement (overhauled) While the rest of the area gets rid of Red light cameras. (Jax / Palatka) This place relys on them for paying people to take off on Friday (city hall) and to fund armchair law inforcement / hearing officer and crew (Not a Judge) to hear cases "I can only raise fines not lower them" ... . ...
