2 /5 Stephanie Nguyet: New customer, came into branch on Gulf to Bay to make initial deposit and the teller looked at me few times and did not care to acknowledge as she continues to chatter. Horrible! Thank goodness awesome customer service at branch on Sunset or I wouldve closed the account.

5 /5 Rachel Page: Nothing but the best here. The teller(Im sorry I forgot your name) and Art were extremely helpful in getting a mess of things sorted out for us. We appreciate every bit and cant say enough! We walked in a bit stressed and they both simplified things for us- walking out at ease and super happy! Thank you.

5 /5 Alisha Brown: I dont know what you guys issues are but i have had nothing but the best customer service from Summer. She always greets me with a smile and i have seen her be pleasant to customers in front of me everytime i visit. I do customer service for my job and most of the time its the customer that has issues and not the person giving the service. The other women at the bank also provide wonderful customer service and that is why I will continue referring and being a customer at this Truist location.

1 /5 M R: Horrible service! Not only did I have to wait on hold forever to get through online 2 days in a row, but 2 different people lied to me on how to resolve my situation. I was told all of my situation was noted and a quick stop in my local branch would resolve the issue. At my local branch I was told that there were No notes in the system. The customer service person in my branch does Not get preferential treatment or a express customer service line to help customers who have come in. She also had to wait forever on hold to get help. Absolutely horrible service all around.

1 /5 Brittany Ann: I came back to my review and saw summer got a 5 star the same week i gave her 1 star but never got one ever lol this is not accurate and its not fair to customers, summer is the worst and made me feel very uncomfortable and that is the gods honest truth. She even was aggressive, as a bank employee that your suppose to trust with your money that is not okay
