5 /5 Michelle Wolfe: The bank staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I stopped in without an appointment to help my dad, and they were extremely helpful and efficient. Everything was handled quickly and with care, which made the experience stress-free. I highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for excellent customer service.

A month ago I made a deposit in my account but the wrong account the check came from SSI for my Son instead of the bank return the check or give me the option to open a account for him the bank place a hold on the check and close all the accounts! It’s been 6 week I’m calling the bank every day I can’t get pass the supervisor and every time I call they lie . No information it’s been provide in order for the issue to get solve they refused to return the check to SSI because the cash the check I provided everything I could possibly get and still no answer no one to help. Yes the bank has rights to record every conversation but they refused to accept been recorded why “ because they understand what they did to me and my son it’s a Fraud “ 6 weeks no contact me I’m trying to scaled and they ask for 48hrs and the 48hrs it’s taking 6 weeks . Don’t bank with them please go to any other bank but not this one . Staff member in this branch make fun of you for fighting over your rights they make sure everyone in the bank knows what’s going on it’s no privacy in there the branch leader had the nerve to refuse to help in anything. I believe if don’t like your job sit your ass at home but don’t bring your attitude to work . I been more than patient and all I been receiving from them is abuse and bad conduct and lack of information! 3 minutes turns into 2 hrs every time you need to call claim department. Shame on customer service

1 /5 Ruby Valencia: This is the worst bank ever. Very rude especially Claudia. I only bank here because my I have my car loan here. I was going to open up my business account here but because of the service I refuse. She always rude. I’m in their drive through to make a payment, no one bother to answer the call button. I had to call the bank just so they can answer rudely. The worst customer service. They took my payment without even knowing what I am here for. I called to speak with a manager and never received a call back. I called the bank and the other tellers just cover for Claudia and refuse to transfer me to a manger. The worst don’t bank here, they don’t care for their customers

1 /5 Justin Penney: Love Truist and have been with them for over 15 years, but this is by far the most incompetent branch I have ever been to. The people are rude, slow moving, and the branch itself is dirty.

1 /5 Ricky Ward: I hold my small business account at this bank. Customer service is poor and processes are not customer friendly. Representatives refuse to help over the phone and require you to come in for the least of information about your own account. The 800 number does not recognize prompts and it’s very difficult to reach a live person. It’s been 3 days of attempts and I’ve yet to resolve my issue.
