1 /5 Eloise Fioravanti: They took an Income Tax Refund Check and claimed it was fraudulent. They closed the account and will not refund the money that was deposited with them back. They have done this to many other customers.

5 /5 Bruce Pajak: I use to bank here when I lived in Key West. I use to work in Keys Enterprise on the 3rd floor so it made it easy for banking here. The tellers are very professional, helpful employees. Never any problems with my accounts. Always ATMs available when traveling across Florida. This is good location, good people

5 /5 Robert DiSiciliano: By far the best Banking experience I have ever had in my life. BofA is an embarrassment and moving to TRUIST was a life changing experience . Ivette Nodarse is my banker and she has always provided me with excellent service above and beyond! It is a pleasure to be a member of this bank! Highly recommended!

1 /5 Sugarloaf Sanctuary: Teller literally told my husband to take off his mask,, that he didnt need it and she couldnt remember his face if he kept his mask on. Worst bank,, non caring. Adelina Mcglathery and Jenny Lee were literally mean and unhelpful so many times with every situation. All through Covid they would not help at all. Their bank was closed several times with covid yet they were completely unhelpful, they wouldnt even prepare simple bank forms that were needed and wanted us to just sit in the 4 wall lobby for hours waiting. Now wonder they were closed several times. We closed our accounts.

1 /5 Waldemar Jr Mercado Rivera: WORST bank EVER!!!! You never have a good answer when you are trying to make an account or even when you call customer service. They “want” your business, but they make it so hard for us the customers.
